In many cases, patients were advised to plead guilty simply to avoid prolonged stress—despite acting lawfully. Very few individuals or organisations were willing to defend them.

Guy Coxall refused to accept that injustice.

Supported at every step by Helen, Guy stepped into courtrooms, police stations, community halls, and family homes across the UK—often at personal cost—to assert a simple truth: patients prescribed medical cannabis have a human right to health.
